This is an interview over ten years in the making – not that I realised that was the case at any point, right up until a few weeks ago. That’s because, over a decade since we first met, I recently crossed paths with Brandon Carter: stunt scooter rider, young entrepreneur, community organiser and one half of the mother-and-son duo behind Frontside Supply, Rugby’s scooter store and launch pad for two-wheeled dreams.
I enjoyed catching a glimpse into what drives Brandon, in his sport and in business, charting the path he’s taken and the support he’s tapped into from family, mentors, the scootering community and riffing a while on our experiences of a different approach to education.
